Dhurandhar 2 Review | OTT ka Wait Karein?

Dhurandhar was one of the finest Indian spy thrillers in years. Dhurandhar 2 had to carry that weight. And the honest answer is: it does not fully deliver on those expectations.

The world Aditya Dhar built in the first film, that moral complexity and the grey-on-grey storytelling, is still present here. But the writing does not hit the same tightness. The first half sets things up well enough. It is in the second half where you start feeling the seams. Certain threads feel stretched, and the narrative does not maintain the pace that made the original so compelling. Ranveer Singh is committed throughout. But a sequel of this kind needs to earn its existence, not just coast on the goodwill from Part 1.

Should you watch it on OTT? Yes, but calibrate your expectations. This is a decent follow-up to an exceptional film. It is not exceptional itself.
